1. Medicine-price information
BotikaWatch lets users compare available listed medicine prices and supported pharmacy information. Prices, stock, distance, promotions, branch hours, and product details may change or contain errors. Confirm all material details directly with the pharmacy before buying or travelling.
2. Prescription and health decisions
Prescription medicines require a valid prescription where required by law. Consult a licensed doctor or pharmacist before taking, changing, substituting, or stopping medicine. Do not rely on search, OCR-assisted prescription import, reminders, community reports, or price comparisons as medical advice.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting credentials and verification codes. Tell support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Partner users must be authorized to manage the pharmacy or branch they represent.
4. Community and partner submissions
Submit only information you reasonably believe is accurate and lawful. Do not upload unnecessary health data, private customer records, payment information, or content you do not have the right to share. BotikaWatch may review, validate, correct, de-identify, reject, or remove submissions to protect users and data quality.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, fraudulent, harmful, discriminatory, infringing, or unlawful information.
- Do not impersonate another person, pharmacy, healthcare professional, or organization.
- Do not interfere with security, scrape protected data, reverse engineer restricted components, distribute malware, or overload the service.
- Do not use BotikaWatch to advertise or sell prescription medicines unlawfully.
BotikaWatch may restrict content or access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or investigation of a violation.
6. Availability and changes
Features depend on app version, device, permissions, network, service coverage, supported pharmacies, and pilot availability. BotikaWatch may improve, pause, replace, or discontinue a feature and will use reasonable notice when a material change affects users.
7. Intellectual property
BotikaWatch names, logos, interface elements, software, and original content are protected by applicable rights. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Third-party services
Maps, authentication, hosting, app stores, pharmacy links, and other third-party services may have separate terms and privacy notices. BotikaWatch is not responsible for an independent third party's products, transactions, clinical advice, or privacy practices.
9. Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BotikaWatch provides available information without guaranteeing completeness, uninterrupted operation, the lowest price, real-time stock, or full pharmacy coverage. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Philippine law
